These terms apply to the LINE integration app that connects a LINE Official Account to a CRM business account (the “Service”), operated by Jimoto Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: line-integration@jimotodigital.com. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
The Service relays messages between your connected LINE Official Account and your CRM business account, and provides related workflow features. It depends on external providers (LINE, the CRM platform, and others): we do not guarantee that messages are delivered, synchronized without delay, or available without interruption. Messages sent from LINE’s own tools are not synchronized into the Service.
Third-party platforms and trademarks
The Service is an independent product built and operated by Jimoto Digital. It is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by LY Corporation (LINE) or by the CRM platform provider. “LINE” and the LINE logo are trademarks of LY Corporation; references to LINE describe interoperability with that service only.
Your responsibilities
Connect only LINE Official Accounts you are authorized to operate, and comply with the terms of LINE and your CRM platform and with applicable laws (including those on advertising and electronic communications). You are responsible for the content you send through the Service and for obtaining any consent required from your end users. Keep your account credentials confidential.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your business account (your credentials are deleted on uninstall; the LINE-to-contact mapping is removed within 30 days). We may suspend or terminate the Service if these terms are violated, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (zero while the Service is provided free of charge).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means acceptance. Features of the Service may change or be discontinued, with notice through the Service where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.
