Operator

This privacy policy applies to the LINE integration app that connects a LINE Official Account to a CRM business account (the “Service”), operated by Jimoto Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: line-integration@jimotodigital.com.

Personal information we handle

For end users who message a connected LINE Official Account: LINE user IDs, display names, and profile images, obtained from LINE when relaying their messages.

Message content relayed through the Service (text, images, video, audio, files, location, stickers). Messages are delivered to the connected CRM business account; media is re-served through signed proxy URLs that expire after 7 days. We do not store message content beyond this relay.

For the administrator connecting the Service: your LINE Messaging API channel credentials (Channel Secret and Channel Access Token) and the OAuth tokens issued when the app is installed on your business account.

Within your CRM business account, a contact record is created or updated for each LINE user (display name, a generated pseudo phone number used for conversation threading, and a “line” tag). The mapping between LINE identifiers and contact records is retained by the Service in its own database; on uninstall your credentials are deleted immediately and the mapping is deleted within 30 days.

How data is stored and protected

Credentials and identifiers described above are stored in the Service's own database (hosted on Supabase in the Tokyo region) and are used only by the Service's server to operate the integration — they are not written to your CRM contact records. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Your LINE channel credentials are never displayed in full in any interface (masked once saved) and are deleted immediately when the app is uninstalled. Database access is restricted to the Service's backend, with row-level security enabled on every table.

Purposes of use

We use personal information to operate and provide the Service (relaying messages between LINE and your business account, firing the workflow triggers you configure), to support users of the Service, to prevent abuse and protect security, and to comply with legal obligations.

Third-party providers

The Service is operated on the following providers, who process personal information as needed to deliver it: the CRM platform provider on which the app runs (message delivery and CRM), LY Corporation / LINE (messaging platform), Vercel Inc. (application hosting), and Supabase (database, Tokyo region). Data centers outside your region may be involved, in which case appropriate safeguards apply.

Retention

When the app is uninstalled from your business account, your credentials (LINE channel credentials and connection tokens) are deleted immediately. The LINE-to-contact mapping is retained for up to 30 days so that a reinstall can resume where you left off, and is then deleted. Media proxy URLs expire after 7 days. Operational logs are kept only for a short troubleshooting window.

Your rights

You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of the personal information we hold by contacting line-integration@jimotodigital.com. After verifying your identity, we will respond without undue delay. Data held inside your own CRM business account (contacts, conversations) is under your control there.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; significant changes will be announced through the Service.
